My Story
I know what it feels like to lose yourself in performance, survival, and everyone else's expectations. This is how I found my way back.
Coming Home to Myself
For most of my life, I was known as the woman who could handle everything. I was "grounded, dependable, agreeable, and easy to get along with." I spent nearly a decade climbing the ladder in fast-paced retail management, learning how to lead teams, manage pressure, and keep going no matter how exhausted I felt. From the outside, I looked capable, driven, and successful. Inside, my nervous system was constantly running on survival mode.
At the same time, I was pursuing a career in Advertising and Marketing Management, eventually transitioning into agency work before taking a leap that changed my life completely.
In 2021, during the height of the pandemic, I left the security of my marketing career to help build an online media company from the ground up. Everyone thought I was crazy for taking the risk, but something deeper in me knew I was meant for more than following the expected path. That decision launched me into years of wearing every hat imaginable: marketing, design, operations, accounting, social media, writing, production, strategy, leadership, customer experience, and more. I learned how to build a business at an intense level and discovered strengths I never knew I had.
But underneath the success, I was burning out harder than ever.
I had no boundaries. My worth was tied to how much I could produce, how available I could be, and how much I could carry for everyone around me. My entire identity became wrapped up in achievement and performance.
Then my life unraveled.
After moving across the country away from family and friends, I found myself navigating chronic pain, emotional exhaustion, the end of a 10-year relationship and marriage, and eventually losing the job that had consumed my entire world. And for the first time since I was 16 years old, everything became really quiet.
No distractions. No constant phone calls and meetings. No role to perform for.
The Work That Changed Everything
In all of that silence, I began meeting myself, and my deepest fears. I became deeply devoted to understanding healing, the nervous system, emotional patterns, shame, self-worth, and the connection between the body and our emotions. I studied spirituality, personal growth, somatic healing, intuition, Human Design, astrology, and the stories we unconsciously carry about who we are expected to be.
It was when I started connecting and talking to other women around me about my story that things began shifting for me. I found that so many women are disconnected from themselves because they learned to survive by abandoning their own needs, intuition, joy, and truth.
I know that woman because I was her.
Today, my work is devoted to helping people reconnect with themselves again, moving from burnout and survival into self-trust, self-love, boundaries, intuition, purpose, and joy.
I believe every person carries a unique blueprint, unique gifts, and a unique frequency that the world desperately needs, especially now. Sometimes we simply need the space, safety, and support to remember who we were before the world told us who we had to be.
This work is about coming home to yourself. And if you're here, perhaps a part of you is already ready to begin.
"I know that woman because I was her."

How I Work
I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every session is shaped around you, your pace, your values, your version of a meaningful life.
I will never tell you what to do, instead I will invite you to begin the process of answering your own questions and help you access the clarity that's already inside you.
When we are struggling in one area of life, often we are neglecting in many others, too. That's why we will look at everything together: your mindset, your relationships, your energy, your habits, and from there we can make real changes at the root level.
I have also been someone who has read all the information, and information is great, but it is only the beginning. I work with you to turn every idea and desire into actionable steps you can take while building your nervous system's capacity to hold it.
Beyond the Bio
I believe deeply in the power of morning routines! Mine involves coffee, my journal, and at least 20 minutes of uninterrupted writing time before the day starts.
I'm a lifelong learner (part of my 3/5 design). I love reading about psychology, philosophy and spirituality. I also love learning about other people, what drives them, and what makes them unique.
Nature is my reset button, and I try and get out to a hiking trail almost daily. If I'm feeling stuck or overwhelmed, a long walk outside fixes about 80% of it. Did you know walking is a form of EMDR? A great tool for reprogramming limiting beliefs!
I still work with my own coach. I believe every coach should. It keeps me humble, accountable, growing, and genuinely practicing what I preach.
